Rules and Code of Conduct

Members agree to the purpose of the guild. We are mercenaries, living together, eating together, practicing together, and fighting for whoever pays us.

Basically, there is only one rule: Rule #1:
this is a game that we play in our spare time, in order to have fun.
All the other rules are direct consequences of Rule #1.

Behavior
  • A very important thing is respect. Respect of fellow members, and respect of the Officers. Although we encourage you to create non-fluffy characters, nobody should be seriously offended at any point.
  • There is no minimum age, but we'd like our guild members to show a certain degree of maturity.
  • We encourage, but don't force our members to help each other out if necessary. "We practice together", right? ;)

Channels
  • Guild Channel is strictly RP zone. No (( bracketed )) text either, that's what we have our OOC channel for.
  • We do not encourage our members to use chatspeak (e.g. "how r u"), please take the time to spell everything properly, and try to avoid typos and bad grammar.
  • We have an OOC channel that, however, shouldn't be overused. Members may also join this channel with alts not in the guild, in order to stay in contact.
  • Religious, political, and other highly controversial topics are banned from our OOC channel, since people have been offended by them in the past. If you desire to talk or even argue about them, feel free to use our debate channel. Just remember: what's said in there remains in there.

Members' Rights
This applies to all members of rank Brave or higher.
  • We have a Tabard. Of course, members are not forced to wear it. Those who would like one and cannot afford it will get one from the guild.
  • Members can bring as many of their alts into the Guild as they like.
  • Members are allowed to access the guild bank.

Guild Bank
  • We have a guild bank that everyone rank Brave or higher can access via the Vaults next to each bank.
  • Donations are possible at any time.
  • Please try and keep our bank space tidy - put everything into the right tab, recipes to recipes, weapons to weapons,...
  • Withdrawals are restricted to 1 per day and tab for Braves and 5 per day and tab for Bloodcallers.
  • This is done on a fair use basis! The logs will be checked regularly, and we will ask a low-level what they're doing with a high-level item, for instance. Take only what you need on the character you are on.
  • What goes in the bank: greens, blues, recipes, potions, profession materials (leather, cloth, herbs,...). Basically, everything useful that's not covered by the next rules.
  • What does not go there (please send these items to Yetunde, who will give them out per request): purples (in order to control withdrawal of those), very precious items, and everything that comes in great amounts (bullets etc.). Multiple stacks/entities of the same item will be withdrawn and stored by Yetunde.
  • What does not go there at all (because we have too much of it already): low-level potions.
  • Yetunde is an alt - ask around for her player in our OOC channel, or write her an in-game mail if you wish to withdraw something she has.
  • Money donations are possible. We will invest them into tabards (for those who cannot afford them), more bank space (the first tab was paid by Tamalla and Dragmire privately), and other things that benefit the whole guild.
  • There is no crediting system implemented, but we will check the logs to see who keeps making donations and who just takes items.
Other
  • Using the FlagRSP2 mod is recommended but not a requirement.
  • We do accept alts and casual players, but we'd like you to get on your characters once in a while. Every character that has been inactive for 3 months will be removed from the guild (except for announced breaks).
