Guild Structure

Warlord: Tamalla
Warmonger and Second in Command: Dragmire
Warmongers: Alexanica, Gashna*, Lawrath, Mahawkee*, Quethello*

Warmongers are the ones making decisions when the Warlord is absent, and working as her advisors otherwise. Each Battlemaster has their own field of expertise.
Bloodcallers are trusted members of the Guild, they are allowed to recruit new people.
Braves are full members of the Guild, they have the right to bring close friends (( alts )) into the Guild, and to get a tabard from the Warlord.
People new to the Guild start off as a Grunt until they prove themselves worthy. That means, they have to show that they truly fit into the Guild, and they do the chores. Usually, Grunts are promoted at their first Guild meeting.
