Parade for the Glory of the Horde (( +OOC info ))

Where? We will meet at the foot of Thunder Bluff.
When? Feb. 23, 2008 4pm (( Feathermoon Server Time ))
Requirements? None. Feel free to bring friends, pets, fireworks, and food and drink for the after party. (( No level requirements either - we're not going through high-level territory, and the few mobs on the way should be taken care of by the higher levels ))
Coordination? Gnomish buzzboxes will help us stay in contact. (( The parade channel will be /RPParade. This should also help people at finding us when they are late. Edge of Honor will form a raid group, and we encourage other groups and guilds to do the same. ))

Which way?
Thunder Bluff: Up the elevator, then right, up the ramp to the Upper Rise, kneel before Cairne. (( Perhaps we can manage to wait until everyone is there to make some nice screenshots. )) Feel free to use fireworks and magical effects here.
We will then use the totem pole staircase to walk back to the Lower Rise and take the elevator down. From there we will walk (or ride, but slowly) to Orgrimmar via Camp Taurajo, Crossroads, and Razor Hill.
Orgrimmar: Valley of Strength -> The Drag -> Valley of Wisdom, kneel before Thrall. You know the drill. Back through the west street, down the flight tower, and out of the city through the Valley of Strength. Onto the zeppelin, but make sure it doesn't get overweight.
Undercity: (( The lift bug, as well as the whole staircase system of the Undercity, has proven to be not only nasty but also tiresome for a parade. Therefore )) We will march into the city through the Sewers once we all gathered at the foot of the zeppelin tower, over to the Dark Lady, kneel before her (same procedure as everytime), then up through the Trade Quarter and off to Silvermoon.
Silvermoon: We will probably be scattered by the way through the Undercity, the lifts, and the translocation, so we will meet up at the Court of the Sun. (That is the place in front of Sunfury Spire.) From there, we will march through Murder Row to the Walk of Elders, on to the Royal Exchange and Farstriders' Square, and back to the Court of the Sun to kneel before the Regent Lord. After this, we will celebrate the successful parade in Eversong.

People of the Horde!

On February 23, we will honor our leaders with a great parade! Every man, woman, and child is welcome to march with us.
We will meet up at 4pm at the foot of the Thunder Bluff lift, and then walk through all the major cities of the Horde to pay tribute to the people who lead us with their wisdom and skill: Cairne, Thrall, Sylvanas, and Lor'themar Theron.
Bring your friends, bring fireworks, and bring food and drink for the after party!

(( This is an RP event.

Edge of Honor performed a guild parade the other day, and it was awesome. In Orgrimmar, people even started following us up to Thrall and kneeled before him with us. So we thought why not do an RP parade for everyone?

We meet at the foot of Thunder Bluff, and then go through all the Horde cities: TB -> Org -> UC -> SMC, kneeling before all the bosses, and shooting fireworks. EoH was going in a line, everyone following the one before them, which looked very nice. Outside of cities, we would run, but not ride out of respect for those who had no mounts. However, I suggest that for the big parade, we will all walk, as it was done here: http://sequelitis.livejournal.com/5751.html#cutid1 (thanks to Jellisii for making me aware of this!)

OOCly, it is an event for RPers. It shall show people how many of us are there - even though we may hide at times, RP is not dead on Feathermoon. Everyone who loves RP will be invited to walk with us. (The others too, if they endure the walking.)

It shall be on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 4pm ST - meeting point is next to the lift of TB, lower end. Feel free to invite your friends - the more people we have, the better.

Let's show Feathermoon that RP is not dead yet! ))
